Kejohanan Liga Boling MAKSWIP 2010 telah bermula pada 20hb. Jan 2010 (Rabu) di KL Megalane, Endah Parade, Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
Kejohanan ini dijalankan secara liga dan adalah terbuka kepada kelab-kelab yang bergabung dengan MAKSWIP. Tiap-tiap kelab gabungan boleh mengemukakan lebih dari satu pasukan. Tiap-tiap pasukan dikenakan bayaran sebanyak RM160.00 untuk “Trofi Funds” dan sebanyak RM200.00 sebagai deposit kejohanan. Manakala bayaran lane sebanyak RM64.00 perlu dibayar bagi setiap permainan.

Worlds Most Powerful Mobile Crane.
Liebherr the heavy equipment company have developed a new all terrain nine axle mobile crane that is the worlds most powerful. The Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 has a maximum lifting capacity of 1,200 tons with its powerful 100 metre (328 ft) telescopic boom. The boom is in eight parts and is longer by 16 meters and stronger than the previous worlds greatest mobile crane the 1998 model LTM 1500-8.1 which had a boom of only 84 meters.
With the worlds strongest mobile boom and with the worlds longest reach of such a crane, the Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 is certainly out to impress.
The 100 metre boom is constructed from a strong base with seven highly extendable telescopic arms. The boom can be fully automatically positioned and then locked into place using the tried and tested rapid action TELEMATIK telescopic adjustment system. A very powerful four part short telescopic boom can also be implemented with the four inner telescopic parts extended. This method has already been tried, tested and approved on the LTM 1500-8.1. A radius of 55metres is attained with the help of a 3 metre lattice head section.
There are quite a few lattice extension sections available for the LTM 11200-9.1. The lifting fly jib can be extended out to reach 126 m (413ft) with a lifting height of 170 m (558 ft). The booms Y-shape guy steering system offers fantastic load capacity which can be used on the four or eight part telescopic boom.
The mobile crane is powered by a Tier 3/Stage III compliant six cylinder water cooled diesel engine that produces
671 Hp at 1900 rpm, the cranes boom is diesel-hydraulic powered with full electronic control supplied by LICCON.
The nine heavy duty truck axles are equipped with hydro-pneumatic auto self leveling suspension and loads are equalized between pairs of axles. The active speed dependant rear axle steering that was developed by Liebherr is integrated into the chassis for maximum efficiency in the control of this large vehicle when out on the roads. Fitted with the much respected German ZF automatic transmission, the gear box has 12 forward and 2 reverse gears. The wheels on axles one to five are powered whilst the rest trail, but all wheels are steered.

Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum located in Agra, India, that was built under Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.The Taj Mahal (also "the Taj") is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Turkish, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage."
Taj Mahal is an integrated symmetric complex of structures that was completed around 1648. Ustad Ahmad Lahauri is generally considered to be the principal designer of the Taj Mahal.
In 1631, Shah Jahan, emperor during the Mughal empire's period of greatest prosperity, was griefstricken when his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal, died during the birth of their fourteenth child, Gauhara Begum.The court chronicles of Shah Jahan's grief illustrates the love story traditionally held as an inspiration for Taj Mahal.The construction of Taj Mahal begun soon after Mumtaz's death with the principal mausoleum completed in 1648. The surrounding buildings and garden were finished five years later.
The focus of the Taj Mahal is the white marble tomb, which stands on a square plinth consisting of a symmetrical building with an iwan, an arch-shaped doorway, topped by a large dome. Like most Mughal tombs, basic elements are Persian in origin.

The inner chamber is an octagon with the design allowing for entry from each face, though only the south garden-facing door is used. The interior walls are about 25 metres high and topped by a "false" interior dome decorated with a sun motif.

The Taj Mahal was constructed using materials from all over India and Asia. Over 1,000 elephants were used to transport building materials during the construction. The translucent white marble was brought from Rajasthan, the jasper from Punjab, jade and crystal from China. The turquoise was from Tibet and the Lapis lazuli from Afghanistan, while the sapphire came from Sri Lanka and the carnelian from Arabia. In all, twenty eight types of precious and semi-precious stones were inlaid into the white marble.
A labour force of twenty thousand workers was recruited across northern India. Sculptors from Bukhara, calligraphers from Syria and Persia, inlayer from southern India, stonecutters from Baluchistan, a specialist in building turrets, another who carved only marble flowers were part of the thirty-seven men who formed the creative unit.
Estimates of the cost of the construction of Taj Mahal vary due to difficulties in estimating construction costs across time. The total cost of construction has been estimated to be about 32 million Rupees at that time which now runs into trillions of Dollars if converted to present currency rates.

Petronas Twin Towers
The Petronas Twin Towers (also known as the Petronas Towers or Twin Towers), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia were the world's tallest buildings, before being surpassed by the Taipei 101. However, the towers are still the tallest twin buildings and office building in the world. Tower 1 was built by Hazama Corporation and Tower 2 by Samsung Engineering & Construction and Kukdong Engineering & Construction (both of South Korea). They were the world's tallest buildings from 1998 to 2004 if measured from the level of the main entrance to the structural top, the original height reference used by the US-based Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat from 1969 (three additional height categories were introduced as the tower neared completion in 1996).

Spanning 17 acres below the building is the KLCC park with jogging and walking paths, a fountain with incorporated light show, wading pools, and a children's playground.
Suria KLCC is one of the largest shopping malls in Malaysia.
The towers feature a skybridge (constructed by Kukdong Engineering & Construction of South Korea) between the two towers on 41st and 42nd floors, which is the highest 2-story bridge in the world. The bridge is 170m above the ground and 58 m long, weighing 750 tons. The same floor is also known as the podium, since visitors desiring to go to higher levels have to change elevators here. The skybridge is open to all visitors, but free passes (limited to 1700 people per day) must be obtained on a first-come, first-served basis. The Skyway is closed on Mondays. Visitors are only allowed on the 41st floor as the 42nd floor can only be used by the tenants of the building.
